Betsy Wall Photography

I was really excited for this session, and am really excited for Tara and Ryan’s wedding. Why? - I work with Tara! Tara is an elementary school teacher for Breck and I work in the computer repair center (I do this alongside photography right now). I only briefly met Ryan once before this session but officially met him today. He seems like a great guy Tara (everyone in the RMC approves!)

This was a ’speed session’ done over my lunch break today. The one time my manager walked into my office was the one time I was setting up my camera for today’s session. I promise I wasn’t playing around too much!

Anyway, onto the pictures! This first one is in the meditation garden at Breck.

Yesterday I met Melissa, Paul, and their 6 month old son Kohl!  This was very exciting for a couple of reasons:  Melissa is Jenna’s sister, so I get to hang out with them more on May 9th.  Secondly is that I heart baby sessions…  they just melt the heart.  Thirdly, is that this session is my photography season kickoff, and I have been dying for it to start all winter!

Kohl’s expressions are so fun to watch - so many pictures were loaded with character.

See what I mean?  His expression totally makes this picture.  

We played in the leaves for a little while….

… until Kohl discovered how delicious they are. 

Poor Kohl!  Modeling is tough work…. 

…. especially when you have teeth coming in!

…. you definitely earned your nap!
